For the month of March, my workout routine has been MIA. I'm very much a person who thrives when I have a routine and game plan. As a true fair weather runner, I've spent the bulk of winter at Soul Cycle and Core Power Yoga. Now that spring is here (at least in my mind), I am ready to jump back into my running routine. I started a running plan on the Nike+Run Club app. This training plan will prep me for 5k Fridays in Crystal City (where I live). 5k Fridays happen every Friday in April and I want to be ready! For cross training, I'm going to ride my bike and strength train. Stay tuned as I share with you my progress. A little late in the game, but I'm serious about this summer body!
